TLDR
Over a 10-week engagement, my team and I collaborated with BMW to develop a tailored innovation strategy blueprint for their American regional offices. Working closely with BMW stakeholders, we delved into their current practices and future aspirations to align our approach with their goals.
As a UX Research & Design lead for a group of 18, I guided the research phases, leveraging UX methodologies to ensure meaningful and actionable insights. Additionally, I designed a user interface for the final deliverables; however, due to NDA constraints, I am unable to share the specifics publicly.

LOOKING BACK
This project offered valuable insight into designing for employees and collaborating with an industry partner. While I had prior industry experience, this work presented a fresh perspective on crafting internal experiences. It was also my first time managing communication and tasks within such a large-scale team, which posed its challenges.
However, after 10 weeks of collaboration, I gained confidence in navigating diverse opinions and ideas, ensuring everyone’s input was heard and thoughtfully considered. This experience strengthened my ability to balance collaboration and leadership effectively.I look forwards to being able to work in another fast-paced and exciting environment, and I am grateful to have been a part of this team.
